Billing & Payment

DIRECT BILLING

We currently only bill directly to Pacific Blue Cross.

Note: You are responsible for the entire cost of your session in the event that we are unable to determine your coverage amount on the Pacific Blue Cross portal.

OTHER HEALTHCARE PLANS, WCB, ICBC

We do not bill to other extended healthcare plans, WCB, or ICBC.
You are still welcome to book your treatment, but you will have to pay us for your session and then seek your reimbursement after. You will receive a receipt with information needed for your claim. For more information about reimbursement, please contact your claim adjuster for your plan.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept VISA, MasterCard, debit/Interac, cheque, and e-transfer. Some therapists accept cash, but please check with them first.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available in any denomination starting at $20.00CAD. They can be used toward the cost of massage therapy and physiotherapy services.

If you are not local, please email reception@urbanhealingvancouver.ca to arrange your e-transfer and discuss delivery by mail or hand-delivery.

COVID PROTOCOL

Service is by appointment only. Sorry no walk-ins. We continue our enhanced cleaning procedures and are using government approved cleaning products before and after every session and for high touch surfaces. Wearing a mask is recommended and encouraged. Please bring a mask with you, as some therapists might require you to wear it for the entire appointment. We still require 24 hours notice of cancellation, or the full fee is charged. Please do not come to the clinic if you are feeling unwell. Thank you, in advance, for your full cooperation!
